PROFILE

Water’s Edge Productions is the vision of founder Derek MacNeill. An organization of accomplished, diverse, professional artists whose expertise is in the creative, performing and recording arts. Services include:

-         Audio Recording

-         Music Publishing and Arranging

-         Concert Performance Promotion

-         Songwriting and Composition Mentoring

-         Water’s Edge Productions Songwriting Award Program

Water‘s Edge Productions has served clients since 1980.

Derek MacNeill, BFA

Founder and principal of Water’s Edge Productions, Derek is a singer, songwriter, arranger, sound designer, essayist, poet and producer. He holds a bachelor of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from the University of British Columbia, a diploma in Marketing and is an accredited (LUATC II) (former) financial underwriter. Additionally, Derek is Past President (2000) of Opera Breve Vancouver and has played an active role (2000) in the UBC film, theatre & creative writing Alumni Association.
